For sure Nescafe.com website actually have the CI in their website perhaps it not strongly enough to motivate user viewing it. Although it have some good image to hold the content but the website is too red, it really make uncomfortable feeling.
if you view their worldwide side, they have 31 countries to choose. Each country has their Nescafe image, culture and lifestyle but you actually can't find Malaysia web for Nescafe.
So my mission is to help Nescafe Company to create a Corporate Malaysia Nescafe website.
In Malaysia, Nescafe consider as a middle range coffee. In website I will collaborate with Nescafe company slogan, “1 Now 1 Nescafe” and bring out the element and the feeling of Nescafe in Malaysia. Besides showing to worldwide audience that Nescafe is available in Malaysia, it also gives the image of Nescafe in Malaysia, which is the relaxing, stimulating and comfortable environment.

i think it is a challage for re-design the web for Nescafe since they have a nice website.
wat i think the weakness of the web is they are using the image which is too large. can consider huge. its really take time to load.
The CI for the Nescafe is successfully bring out by the colour but not the concept or the way they present the idea/content.
i can only see red but i cant feel 1NOW 1NESCAFE. and i think here will be the part u can go work on and make it better.

Overall the nescafe website is ok, but if stil have room to improve, i realise all the typography in the website is same level, lack of hierachy. The navigation font size is too big, whole website jz using white and red color, i think might be tone down the red color, may be like some of the part using red color but not whole background and the banner too.
For the navigation part, i think can make it much more interesting by using flash rollover effect. Other than that, for the images part can use slideshow or simple animation to show the product.

I also think this website is quite nice.It's a bit challenge to re-design it.Gambateh ya,Vincent!
1 thing that i would like to mention is the subtitle for the latest news page, it too similar to the background color already.
it's only my suggestion lah!Can make the navigation bar look more interesting by using some simple animation cos it doesn't have some very nice design on it.(Suggestion only ya^^)
erm i think they do have a good website which has the correct mood, well planning of info, neat, such and such.
but u may consider to re-structure the layout, images to make everything even better...
